1. Services

ArtByShivang provides the following services:

  • Social Media Post Design
  • Logo Design
  • Social Media Management (content planning, posting, and basic engagement)
  • Branding & Creative Design (if applicable)

2. Social Media Management

  • Client must provide necessary access (login or permissions) to social media accounts.
  • Monthly content plan will be created and executed after client approval.
  • Posting schedule will be pre-defined.
  • Message/comment handling will be limited to agreed scope.
  • Paid ads or ad management will be charged separately (if not included).

3. Order Process

  • Client must provide a clear brief (text, references, colors, niche).
  • Advance payment may be required before starting the project.
  • Timeline depends on project complexity.

4. Revisions Policy

  • 2–3 revisions per design/post are included.
  • Additional revisions will be chargeable.
  • Major changes will be treated as a new project.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or online methods.
  • Monthly services require advance payment.
  • Final files will be delivered only after full payment.

6. Refund Policy

  • No refunds once the project has started.
  • Partial refund may be considered if work has not begun.

7. Delivery

  • Files will be delivered in agreed formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.).
  • Content will be posted/delivered as per schedule.

8. Copyright & Ownership

  • Ownership is transferred after full payment.
  • ArtByShivang can showcase work in portfolio.

9. Client Responsibility

  • Client must provide legal and accurate content.
  • Timely approvals are required.
  • Delays may affect posting schedule.

10. Prohibited Use

Clients must not use designs for illegal, offensive, or misleading purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

ArtByShivang is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses from the use of services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
